In light of the recent updates from our shipping carriers over the weekend, we are informing you of delays in the shipment and delivery of orders placed from May 4 to May 14.
Why is the shipping carrier adjusting the shipment date of my order?
- Currently, cargo ships sail only once a week, with the movement of essential goods prioritized.
- Parcels pending shipment are stored in warehouses for safekeeping.
- Last Saturday, these shipping carriers informed us that their warehouses are operating at maximum capacity because of the backlog.
Since the products are prone to high heat during extended storage in these warehouses, we opted to pull out our dispatched parcels and store them at our own temperature-controlled office while they await loading on Friday this week.
What is the status of my order?
For orders made between May 4 to May 14, 2020, your parcel is at our office for safekeeping. Expect your items to ship out on May 15.
When will I get my order following this new update?
When your order ships out this May 15, please follow the same lead times, as stated in our previous COVID-19 advisory. See the delivery lead times
Since the onset of the GCQ and ECQ, these shipping carriers have been continually adapting and adjusting their operations to align with new developments, regulatory requirements, and constant changes in community guidelines across the different provinces in the country.
The KEVLO Shop is committed to getting your orders to you during these challenging times. We thank you for your trust and patience.
