If you've been tracking your package but it doesn't seem to be moving, here's why:
- A parcel's tracking status only gets updated each time it passes through a transit gateway where the shipping carrier's system scans the tracking label.
- If your package has no new tracking information for a while, this does not mean that your shipment is behind schedule or stopped moving; it merely means that the tracking label has not been scanned for awhile as it moves to the next transit gateway.
- The shipment tracking status may also remain unchanged for several weeks for shipments outside the Philippines.
- Other factors may also extend the delivery time due to factors such as weather incidents, customs, or backlogs.
For packages shipped via Ground/Surface Mail
Please note that many countries do not provide an end-to-end tracking service for Ground/Surface Mail service. There will be no tracking updates after departure. Although you may see some small updates internally, your tracking status will likely only get updated when the package is delivered.
Also, Surface Mail packages are sent to you via road, sea, or train and not by aircraft. The progress relies on the availability of space on transportation and weather impacts. There is no guarantee in the delivery time.
If you choose this shipping method upon checkout, your patience and trust are highly appreciated, as it would take anywhere between 8-16 weeks for your package to arrive.
