Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned in the shipping carrier's delivery system. There may be several days between scans if the shipment is to be delivered outside the Philippines since it is going cross-country or moving between countries or territories.
If your package has no new tracking information for awhile, this does not mean that your shipment is behind schedule or stopped moving; it simply means that the tracking label might not be scanned for a while as it moves to the next transit point.
For packages shipped via Surface Mail
Please note that almost all countries do not provide an end-to-end tracking service for Surface Mail service. No additional information will be updated after departure, and although you may see some small updates internally, your tracking status will likely only get updated when the package is actually delivered.
Also, Surface Mail packages are sent to you via road, sea, or train and not by aircraft. The progress relies on availability of space on transportation and weather impacts. There is no guarantee in delivery time.
