Your package may be sent from the Philippines by one of these two methods:
- Registered Parcel - your tracking number starts with RR or CP
- Express Mail - your tracking number starts with EE
By default, your packages are shipped through Express Mail Service. However, if your country's postal system does not have such service, we use Registered Parcel service.
If your package is a registered parcel, your package may not be trackable in some countries. This is because in many countries, Registered Parcel service only offers Delivery Confirmation, NOT Tracking Information.
What is the difference between tracking information and delivery confirmation?
A tracking information offers real-time package progress information and allows you to follow the progress of your package, and see when your package was delivered.
A delivery confirmation number only tells you when and if your package was delivered but will not show you the progress of the package along the way.
When using our package tracking service keep in mind the above. If you enter a Registered Parcel number which has not yet been delivered, the results may simply say the item was shipped (e.g., "enroute to next office") with no further information available. Delivery information will not be available until the package is actually delivered.
A Express Mail tracking number will, in contrast, show how far the package has progressed en route to its destination.
