Please take note of the following when tracking your parcels at our Shipment Tracking page:
- Do not use your order number (e.g., TKS-12345-SZ).
Instead, use your tracking number (e.g., EE123456789PH), which is sent to you via email or text once your item is shipped.
- Make sure you're using the correct shipping carrier to track your items.
We indicate your shipping provider in the email/text you received from us.
- You might be tracking early.
Some shipments take up to 2 days for their tracking numbers to get activated in the carrier's system. If you have just received your tracking number, try tracking again at a later time.
If you still cannot track your parcel using your tracking number, contact us.
