If you want to have your orders shipped outside the Philippines, shipping fees may sometimes cost more than the items you are ordering. Here's why.
Shipping is handled by third-party carriers
- Shipping costs are dependent on how far you are from the originating country, as well as various duties and customs taxes your country charges.
- Shipping is a completely separate service provided by a company (e.g., DHL or Post Office) that is out of our control, and shipping costs are pass-on charges. This means whatever the shipping carrier charges us to ship your package, we pass the fee on to you with no additional markup/markdown whatsoever.
How to save on shipping fees
If you find the shipping fees too high, here are some options you can consider. Either way, we know you'll love our product and the results that it will bring to your skin will be worth more than what you pay for!
- Ask a friend to hand-carry them for you. If you have relatives or friends visiting the Philippines to just order the items for them as the shipping fee within any point in the Philippines is drastically cheaper, and they can just hand carry the items when they return.
- Adjust the items in your cart or order in bulk. Shipping carriers charge a flat rate for the first kilo or part thereof, plus each additional kilo thereafter. You can either take out some items in the cart, or maximize the allowed billable weight by adding more items. For estimated weight of each product, kindly see our Product Pricelist or click the "More Details" section in each product page.
