Cancelling an order is fast and easy, and can be applied on orders whose status is set to pending or on hold. (RELATED: What does the order status in my Accounts page mean?)
To cancel, you need to place the order with your KEVLO account (register here if you don’t have an account) or if you used guest check out, please sign up using the email address used at the time the order is placed.
- Login to your account
- Go to "My orders" screen and click the "Cancel" button on the order you wish to cancel.
- Your cancel request will be sent to our system for review.
You can cancel an order by clicking the Cancel button beside the appropriate order. Note that the Cancel button is only available for orders whose status is set to Pending or On Hold.
Cancellation can only be processed before payment has been made and your order has been shipped. You won’t be able to access the cancel button after your payment has been made and your order has been shipped.
