When you order your KEVLO products via our online shop, there are various statuses that apply to your order at any given time. Here is a brief explanation of the order statuses that we commonly use:
On Hold —
- For orders within the Philippines: your order has been put on hold until we get confirmation of your payment. Orders will only be processed once we receive your money or verified your payment. If you have paid via bank deposit or money remittance, please make sure to inform us of your payment by clicking here.
- For orders outside the Philippines: an "on hold" status means we are waiting for a response from DHL Express for their updated shipping rates. Please monitor your emails for communication from us once we have updated your order total to reflect your shipping fee.
Pending Payment — we have updated your orders to reflect the shipping fee to your country and your invoice is now ready to be paid.
Processing — we have received your payment and we’re working on your order.
Completed — your order has been shipped, or has been handed over to you (in case of meet-up arrangements).
Cancelled — your order has been cancelled and will not be supplied. This cancellation can have been requested by you or because your orders are still unpaid for a long period of time.
Processing Refund — your returned orders have been received by our distribution center and we are working on your refund (prior authorization for return is required).
Refunded — your payment has been credited back to your via PayPal, or store credits, or a refund check.
Failed — there was a problem with your order or your account in general. For more information, you may contact us.
