Once your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you within 12-24 hours via SMS for Philippine destinations, or within 1-2 days via email for international shipments. If you have trouble finding your tracking number, do one or all of the following:
Check your email.
- Your tracking number can be found in the content of the email notifying you that your order has been completed.
Scroll down the email to locate your tracking number.
- Check for periodical notifications from the KEVLO Shipment Center as it will contain your tracking number, along with the latest status update for your order.
Wait for our text message
For Philippines customers, a text message will be automatically sent to you when our system updates its database to reflect the day's shipments.

You can get your tracking information on your order history page.
If you have ordered from our text/Viber hotline
You will receive an SMS with your tracking number 12-24 hours after shipment.
