Once your order ships out, you will receive your tracking number via SMS or email. If you have trouble finding your tracking number:
Check your email.
- You can find your tracking number in the email's content notifying you we have completed your order.
Scroll down the email to locate your tracking number.
- Check for periodical notifications from the KEVLO Shipment Center as it will contain your tracking number, along with the latest status update for your order.
Wait for our text message
For Philippines customers, you will receive a text message when our system updates its database to reflect the day's shipments.
Check your Account Page
You can also check your Order History section under your Account page for your tracking number.
You can get your tracking information on your order history page.
If you have ordered from our text/Viber hotline
You will receive an SMS with your tracking number 12-24 hours after shipment.
