Use the Order Tracker. This tool provides the latest status of your order—whether they are put on hold, awaiting payment, processing, shipped, or canceled.
You will need your Order # (e.g., TKS-00000-SZ) and your email address for this work.
If your order has shipped already
You need to know your tracking number. Your tracking number is different from your Order # and is sent to you via email (for international shipments) or SMS (for Philippine destinations) once your item is shipped.

- Package Track & Trace. Once your package has shipped out, use this to monitor the location or status of your parcel. It provides the latest update of the packages we have shipped your way. You will need your tracking number (e.g., EE123456789PH)
